Work With Me

Sessions I run
Meaningful development shouldn’t be reserved for large enterprises. I run practical, off-the-shelf working sessions for small and midsize businesses. Use the collective strength of your talent through cohort-based learning for AI implementation or pen-and-paper productivity.
There are two off-the-shelf sessions, priced and ready for your organization today. AI-Ready Manager brings leadership aptitude and strategic thinking together in decisions about how to use AI. Bullet Journal for Teams reinforces the use of analogue tools to help a team decide what deserves its attention. Need something a little more tailored? Send me a custom request.

Leadership and Technology
AI-Ready Manager
AI can produce an answer in seconds, but how will your leaders know it’s the right one?
AI-Ready Manager is a leadership class that teaches managers how to think with the tool and retain responsibility for the judgment call. Participants use technology to deepen the learning and extend what they can do as leaders.
Overview
Knowing Yourself. Participants examine how they and their peers respond to expectations and change. They use those patterns to understand themselves and spot behavioral clues about what their teams need.
Communication. Participants use AI to tailor a message to the communication preferences of different coworkers.
Decision-Making. Participants use AI personas and stress tests to strengthen their judgment and make decisions that support lasting change.
Cohort Accountability. The cohort uses its collective strength to carry a new way of working beyond the classroom.
By the end, leaders will be able to:
- Identify how individual preferences and working styles affect the way people approach technology.
- Use AI to tailor messages and anticipate how different team members may receive them.
- Stress-test and improve decisions with AI while retaining human judgment.
- Create a formal group agreement for how the cohort will apply the work afterward.

Bullet Journal for Teams
If a task isn’t worth the time it takes to write down by hand, does it still deserve your team’s attention?
Bullet Journal for Teams uses the intentional friction of pen and paper to make priorities visible. Team members put their competing commitments into a system they customize, then use the practice to decide what moves forward. Each person builds a notebook they can start using the same day.
Overview
Attention Inventory. The group examines what drives its current workload and where those expectations come from. The gaps help each person name an intention for how they want to work.
A Dynamic System. Each person turns a blank notebook into a living record they understand by incorporating techniques that support their communication and working style.
Conscious Review. Participants explore their role and what their position requires from them. Team members establish a review ritual for deciding where they can have the most impact and what to complete, delay, delegate, or drop.
Shared Prioritization. The group practices the same questions about control, capacity, consequence, and meaning. Each person uses the answers to tailor their priorities and follow through on them.
By the end, team members will be able to:
- Make competing commitments visible and identify where their attention is going.
- Capture tasks, events, notes, and priorities at the speed of work.
- Evaluate possible resolutions and choose a practical way to complete the work.
- Build a shared prioritization practice while adapting the system to their own work styles.

Bespoke Workshops and Programs
Not sure where to start? Bring me your business priorities, and I’ll help you craft the perfect solution to get there.
I begin with where you are or with a gap analysis of what the business needs now. We’ll use what the organization already knows and incorporate adult-learning practices to design an upskilling program. I guide you through the project, from the first conversation to reinforcement, when people are expected to demonstrate what they learned.
I can pull from a wide library of existing content, build from scratch, or combine the two. The finished work can be a one-off workshop or a complete program delivered over several sessions.
I can also include tools such as behavioral assessments and individual, team, or group coaching. I build a holistic support platform that helps people apply the work after live training and surfaces barriers in real time.
